Navy League elects new board of directors - Thailand - Pattaya

During their meeting at the Marriott Resort & Spa, Pattaya on Friday, 9th January. The United States Navy League Thailand Eastern Seaboard Council elected the new Board of Directors for the coming year.

The following seven people were elected: Brian Welter, Khun Somchart, Steve Burton, Peter Thorand, Peter Klein, Frans Matthieu and Lars Daubenbuechel. The Board of Directors will themselves appoint the Chairman of the Board and later in the year elect the officers of the council, being the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and other officers.

The United States Navy League helps and supports the US Navy personnel when they are visiting Pattaya, and is as such an important entity taking in to account the very profitable US Navy visits to our city.
