Supreme Admin Court Drops Case against Port of Thailand - Thailand - lawsuit - Supreme Court

The Supreme Administrative Court has dismissed a lawsuit against the Port Authority of Thailand regarding the bidding process for a contract to redevelop the land where the Klong Toey Market is located.

The Supreme Administrative Court rejected the plaintiff's allegation that the Port Authority of Thailand violated bidding regulations when it granted a lease to the Legal Professional Company to redevelop the land.

The lawsuit was submitted by 10 vendors at the Klong Toey Market after the Central Administrative Court had previously dismissed the same lawsuit.
