Property hunting is brought right to your mobile

House and flat hunting is about to get easier with the launch of a new iPhone application from Findaproperty.com.

Instead of signing up with estate and lettings agents and searching the internet for dream properties, the new app allows users to do it all through one source.

Its quick and easy search facility means users can select the area they want to move to, set their budget and even contact the agent looking after the property to arrange a viewing.

Users can perform a location search using the GPS device and find properties and agents close by

It sets itself apart from other property portal apps because it displays all sales and rental property listings on a map in addition to providing directions to each property and street views.

The app, which is released today, can be downloaded for free from the Apple store.

Findaproperty.com's latest device also syncs mobile with online accounts so that searches on both a PC and an iPhone are backed-up in one place, making it easier to keep track of the user's desired properties.

The app is backed up by a powerful search memory, features a location and agent search which uses GPS and allows users to view floor plans in addition to images of inside the property.
