Raw Video: Czech President Steals Pen

Klaus is seen on live television gawking at the ceremonial pen while sitting next to Chilean President Sebastián Piñera before making his move and deftly pocketing it.

The video shows Klaus, very matter-of-factly, picking up the pen and seemingly studying it. Klaus, very presidentially, pretends to listen to Piñera's speech. Then, as if he were using his counterpart as a decoy, smiles, slips the pen in his pocket, and closes the pen box (to hide the evidence?).
