Thailand aim to win the four-team King's Cup tournament which kicks off on Sunday.

The participants in the round-robin competition which ends on Jan 21 are Thailand, champions Denmark, South Korea and Norway.

The event will be held at Rajamangala National Stadium with the first game of each match day scheduled at 4.10pm and the second at 7pm.

Thailand coach Winfried Schaefer told a press conference yesterday that the three visiting teams are strong particularly Denmark.

"Denmark are the strongest team in the tournament. Although all their players are from their local league, they are sitll strong," said the German coach.

As for Norway, Schaefer said they are strong physically and play hard like England or Australia.

"Their style is clear _ they play like England or Australia," he said.

South Korea are their U23 side who are competing in the Olympic qualifying round.
