Ford to Delay Decision on Thai Plant

BANGKOK—Ford Motor Co. said Wednesday it isn't ready to commit to a new passenger-car plant in Thailand, raising concern that a court injunction last year suspending a series of proposed investments on the country's eastern seaboard is tarnishing the country's reputation as a dependable base for international manufacturers.
