The Starbucks Coffee Company has paid $75,000 to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to settle a lawsuit for unlawfully denying a reasonable accommodation to a woman with dwarfism, according to a press release.	They’re called Starbucks “squatters.” You know, those folks with their laptops who take all the seats and never seem to leave. But, as CBS 2′s Scott Rapoport, reports the coffee house giant has a plan brewing to fix that.

Starbucks Corp has been sued by a customer who allegedly suffered second-degree burns after being served tea that was too hot.	There's been plenty of talk about the commercial real estate "tidal wave", the trillions in loans that will come due for refinancing over the coming years, and the high prospects of default for even well qualified lenders.
